Overview

PL3 Lifestyle operates this online store and website, including the related information, content, features, products, and services offered to customers (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.

By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing through the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Access and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to use the Services or make purchases. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, payment, and shipping information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Product colors and appearance may vary because of screen settings, lighting, materials, and handcrafted or customized characteristics. We may update descriptions, correct errors, limit quantities, or discontinue products without prior notice. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. PL3 Lifestyle may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate business reasons, including inventory or pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, policy violations, or product availability. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance after payment authorization.

Please review order details carefully before submitting. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order enters processing. Purchases are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

4. Prices, payment, and billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping or applicable taxes. You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping and delivery

PL3 Lifestyle currently ships within the United States. Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and events outside our control may affect delivery. Shipping terms, rates, address responsibilities, and package issues are governed by our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, custom goods, and personal-care products

Eligible returns are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Personal-care, body-care, cosmetic, custom, personalized, special-order, and made-to-order products may be nonreturnable except when damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

7. Intellectual property

The PL3 Lifestyle and PL3 Athletics names, logos, product designs, graphics, photographs, written content, and other store materials are owned by or licensed to PL3 Lifestyle and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services only for personal, lawful, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, or exploit store content without prior written permission.

8. Third-party tools and links

The Services may include tools, payment services, applications, or links provided by third parties. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. PL3 Lifestyle is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or conduct beyond what applicable law requires. Review third-party terms before using their services.

9. Relationship with Shopify

PL3 Lifestyle is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Purchases from this store are made directly with PL3 Lifestyle. Shopify is not the seller of PL3 Lifestyle products and is not responsible for fulfillment, product quality, returns, or customer-service decisions related to those purchases.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Because Shopify hosts the store, Shopify and service providers involved in payments, security, analytics, communications, and fulfillment may process information as necessary to provide their services.

11. Feedback and reviews

If you submit reviews, suggestions, photographs, or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant PL3 Lifestyle a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that feedback for store operations, customer service, and marketing, subject to applicable law. We may remove feedback that violates these Terms or another person’s rights.

12. Errors and corrections

Store information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We may correct information, update content, or cancel affected orders when necessary. If a paid order is canceled, the applicable payment will be refunded.

13. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or infringing purposes. You may not interfere with store security or operation; introduce malicious code; collect another person’s information without authorization; impersonate another person; send spam; attempt unauthorized access; or copy, scrape, resell, or exploit the Services in violation of applicable law or these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud or misuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect store security. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PL3 Lifestyle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or products purchased through them. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not restrict nonwaivable consumer rights.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

18. Severability, waiver, and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies linked from them constitute the agreement governing use of the Services.

19. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. PL3 Lifestyle may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, sale, or other lawful business transfer.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
